T Is For Trespass is the latest in the Alphabet Series by Sue Grafton. The series started in 1982 with A is for Alibi, and she has written further ones almost every year till now. Sue Grafton also published "Keziah Dane" and "The Lolly Madonna War" in 1967 and 1969 respectively. In 1992 "Kinsey and Me" was published, it is a collection of short stories. Initially publishing her books was slow, and Sue Grafton spent 15 years writing screenplays. During a bitter and lengthy divorce she found an outlet in fantasising about ways to kill her husband. The Alphabet books are of the crime/drama genre and A is for Alibi was first published in 1983. The main character is Kinsey Millhone, a ex police officer now turned private investigator. She lives in a flat attached to the house of her landlord and now good friend Henry. Other recurring characters include, Rosie the owner of the local tavern, who serves some of the vilest sounding Eastern European food!
