Advantages: very informative, colour pictures to help, sensual
Disadvantages: Safe sex is mentioned at end of book!
Having receiving 'Pocket Kama Sutra' by Anne Hooper as a Christmas present from my boyfriend (hmm very thoughtful...) to be perfectly honest I didn't really take much interest in it, but one day I decided to have a more detailed look and I must admit that it was very informative, originally I thought it would contain 500 pictures of various sexual positions! I also tended to class the book as tacky, which isn't the case at all. I'm sure the majority of people would agree when I say that after being with the same partner for a while things tend to get a little dull in the bedroom department, this book covered several chapters: The Introduction explains the history that is associated with the Kama Sutra, also mentioning before I continue the book is in colour enabling a more detailed view. Chapter 1: Setting the Scene. Details Cleanliness in preparation but done as a partnership making it more sensual. Chapter 2: Touching and Embracing. This chapter covers details such as massage and basic caressing, gradually building up sexual caressing chapter by chapter. Chapter 3: Kissing and Foreplay. Again Kissing and caressing, I won't go into too much detail in case it causes offence to anyone. Chapter 4: The Love Positions. This chapter shows the various sexual positions Chapter 5: Safer sex and Afterplay: This is a part of Love making that is often forgotten, I really feel that the safe sex chapter should have been covered in chapter 1, its a bit late by Chapter 5 isn't it? I would definitely recommend this book as its colourful and sensual, however this is a book clearly suitable for 'making love' and not just having sex.
