Annabel Karmel has made herself a nice career out of playing off new mums' crisis of confidence when they're greeted with a little bundle of joy who wants feeding! I should know, I can't remember a time I didn't cook but found myself looking in her book for a recipe for carrot puree! I think it is incredibly helpful to have a book when weaning to use as a guide and inspiration. The New Complete Baby & Toddler Meal Planner by Annabel Karmel.Price £10.99 Every mother/childcarer should have this book on their kitchen shelf. It has been worth it's weight in gold to me. As I signed on the dotted line, I thought 'This better be worth it!' as it is a little on the pricey side. The author introduces you to the whole concept of home cooking and good nutrition, what the benefits are for your baby, and for your whole family.
