Advantages: Quite good especially for first time readers of this author

Disadvantages: Ending should have been more dramatic

I was impressed with Clare Francis' ability to write this thriller. It's plot is quite interesting and the characters well thought out. It did however have me bouncing backwards and forwards through what I felt were too many locations and business dealings. If anything, it was a little padded. I did find it captivating and wished the circumstances for the main character, Catherine Galitza, to improve.

The last two or three chapters were read with increased pace, simply to reach the conclusion, which was disappointing. I actually felt the book had a few pages missing as the story had such poor ending.
