A incredibly well researched book about open serial killer cases worldwide. Spanning from Argentina to Dublin to Portugal and Spokane, Killers on the Loose is a fascinating first-hand account of these baffling investigations. The author seems to have taken great care in compiling as many facts as possible surrounding each investigation. Mr. Mendoza never doubts the intelligence of his readers as he lays out the evidence for each case and lets us draw our own conclusions.
