Dracula - Bram Stoker

Rating:
bad horror movie style. Anyway Bram Stocker creates all that in the book. Now I know my imagination is better than most movies and this book and his style of writing definetly allows me to stretch my mind in the way I like books to. And as for people saying its been surpased, please I don't think so. How can a book that is the corner stone of vampirism be beaten by some new story about scantily clad maidens being picked off by a daper young vampire. Rating:
Dracula was written in 1898 and has spawned more films than any other novel. The story itself was brutally assaulted in the early nineties when Cappola decided to put Bram’s unfortunate name in the title of his inaccurate in the extreme film “Bram Stoker’s Dracula”. Francy certainly took some liberties with the story in this one. The story itself is unusual in that it takes the form of several peoples’ journals, mostly the unfortunate Harker, the estate agent who becomes dinner in Transylvania and Van Helsing, Dracula’s arch nemesis. The first part of the novel is from Harker’s point of view as he arranges the sale of a property in London. ...
