--*-- Roman Dirge --*-- Roman Dirge is a man of many talents, (he's an artist, magician, director and a bloody gorgeous man). He has the same kind of twisted outlook as me! He was put down at school by his art teacher who claimed his work was too cold. (I bet they feel stupid now, his work is cold; that's the point of it). In 1992 someone recognised his genius and published Lenore, the Adventures of a Cute Little Dead Girl is Xenophobe magazine. She tackles everyday life with a perverted innocence that just makes you want to give her a big hug... and then stand back very quickly while checking to see if everything is still attached." Roman Dirge, a heavily tattoed comic artist from the US, has produced a very funny peice of work in "Lenore", the Cute little dead girl. The title right away should give you an indication of what the series contains. "Lenore" is not a comic book for children!! "Lenore" appeals to people with a black sense of humour, and contains a multitude of strange characters that make up Lenores world. The main character in the series, that cute little dead girl herself; Lenore, takes her name from Edgar Allen Poe's classic poem.
