Little Miss Fun is the 28th book in the highly popular series of books linked with the Mr Men. It is written by Roger Hargreaves and retails at £1.99. If you buy the whole series and put the spines together, they read out 'My Little Miss Library', which is a nice touch. Littel Miss Fun always has fun, particularly when she holds a party, which she does in this book. She invites everyone. Mr Forgetful forgets, Mr Clumsy steps on her foot and Mr Lazy falls asleep on her. Mr Tall breaks her window and all her flowers get trampled. But Little Miss Fun doesn't mind all of this. The Little Miss books is a series of 43 books written by Roger Hargreaves and then later his son Adam Hargreaves. They are simple children's stories each telling the tale of a different some-what stereotypical character in each one. In this way the short stories do have a somewhat moral stance to them but are in the same way told in a fun and entertaining way to keep children amused. Little Miss Fun is number 28 in the Little Miss Series and the front of the book is white with a picture of Little Miss Fun in the centre and her name in black block capitals printed above. During my recent pre-Christmas visit to my parents, I picked up a few mementos from my old bedroom to bring back home to Burnley. Amongst them was a copy of Little Miss Fun which was given to me by a friend when I was 18 or so. Obviously I've kept hold of it for sentimental reasons since her inscription in the front cover reads 'I had to get this for you since you are Little Miss Fun and the best party organizer I know' which also acts as a great ego boost when required. Little miss fun loves partys, she is the life and sole of everyones party and loves nothing more than to be organizing a party. The book begins with her organizing a party and inviting lots of mr men and little miss that we are already familiar with, little miss fun likes to enjoy life that much she doesnt let anything get her down or ruin her party, mr clumbsey stands on her foot but little miss fun doesnt mind, mr forgetful forgot to come but little miss fun isnt going to let this upset her, mr tall breaks her window and my lazy falls asleep but she doesnt let this ruin her party, they have so much fun they are all worn out and all fall to sleep except little miss ...
