Little Miss Bump is the 33rd and last of the main series of Little Miss books. Roger Hargreaves created the Mr Men in 1971. Ten years later, he created the Little Misses as well, off the back of the success of the Mr Men. They are lovely books, which I enjoyed when I was a kid. My son prefers the Mr Men books as he can relate to them more being a male, but they're still very good. Roger's son, Adam Hargreaves, published this and two others in the series in 2003, 15 years after Roger's death, but kept his father's name on them. The Little Miss series were a success from the moment they were published and remain firm children's favourites today. The Little Miss series contains 33 books. The first 30 being written by the series' creator Roger Hargreaves and the final three by his son Adam. Little Miss Whoops in number 33 in the series and is one of my favourites. The front cover of the book is like all the others in the Little Miss series as well as those in the Mr Men series. It is white with the characters name 'Little Miss Whoops' written in block black capitals along the top. Underneath this is a picture of the character in question.
