After reading loulou6`s review on Aspartme, I thought I should let everyone know of a Must Have! book. It not only tells of Aspartme, it tells us of all sorts of ways Big Business is adding uneccessary ingredients to our diet...to make money!...and putting our healths at risk. This book is written by 2 normal people who have spent years investigating....and inform us, how by eating what Nature intended, there would be no ill health. It`s a great read, even if you are not into books, it`s a real eyeopener eg. did you know that toxic waste is put into some foods, because there is nowhere to dump it! and the food companys get money for taking it ...
