Every now and again , I find myself sitting down at lunchtime watching an episode of lunchtime.I wouldn't say I'm a massive fan of Loose Women , but it is the programme I always watch if I happen to have the television on while I'm eating my lunch. I wouldn't say it's my favourite television programme , but I wouldn't say I dislike it either! To me , it's one of them programmes that you just have to watch. Loose Women is a British lunchtime television programme which is broadcast on ITV1 from Monday to Friday. The show has run since 1999 although I only first heard about the show about four years ago. I love watching ''Loose Women'' on TV and feel it's like sitting down for a good gossip with a load of girlfriends. Every time it's on, I get involved in the debates and they spark discussions at home with whoever is around. My teenage daughters are fans of the show too. So when I heard a book was coming out, I definitely wanted to read it! But would the fun and camaraderie so obvious on the telly really be able to translate to the written word? If asked to choose between television or books, TV would win hands down. There's something so incredible about television, I get such a buzz from watching it, and to be part of it even if just in the audience...its amazing! I don't know what I'd do without it, especially since I'm following a career path which lands up with TV Presenting (here's hoping!). However I do not deny that I like a good book (even if I do prefer celebrity autobiographies!). Having finished Paul O' Grady's autobiography, I absently went in search for something else to delve into, unsuccessfully I might add!
