The lord of the rings as a book is one of the most amazing thrilling books I have ever read, but when converted to a film this have the chance of being the best trilogy ever made. Tolkiens novel is so gripping and page turning that its hard to put down. I won’t tell you the story so you’ll have to read it if you haven’t already..

The first book is the perfect book to start this trilogy. It sets the scene nicely and at the end just start to kick the action off. The film stays very true to the book and shows the various characters just as one would imagine them in the book.

The second book is almost pure adventure and excitement. I can only hope the second film does just to this book as it did to the first.

The final book is the perfect ending to all books being thrilling so your reading on the end of your seat almost all the way through but being a quite unexpected ending one some respects.

The sum up if you haven’t read these amazing books do and see the true beauty of the literature.

if you are going to read these books they are very long a could take a long time to read but if you get a little bored try to read through as these are really very good books.
