Dark Beggings is for the reader of Gena Showalters more experienced Lords of the Underworld reader, it contains 3 short stories. One the beggining explaining how the Demon Lords escaped from hell, one about the now imprisoned Goddess Nike and her fiery relationship with the Titan Atlas, the third about Bianka one of the harpy sisters to Sabins' harpy love from 'The Darkest Whisper'. The rest of this book is a collection of 'interviews' by characters of her books to other characters in the series, the Authors abortive first attempt at the idea of pandora's box, and interview of the author by one of her friends and alot of other froth and fun.
It's not a very serious book and can be skipped if you so wish but if you're a hardcore 'lords' or Showalter fan then it's worth a look to add to the series and to look into the authors mind. Overall it's enjoyable but not a whole book and takes not long to read. 3 out of 5 stars from me
