The third book in the Lords of the Underworld series, i'd suggest starting the series at the beggning.
If you enjoy this series you will be highly thankful that Reyes's story and Danika's is told here and it's been dragging out for the first 2 books and we finally get a resolution for Aeron who's been tasked with killing Danika's family.
The Story Basis:
The Lords of Budapest have been reunited with those they left behind in Greece, and the Hunters their human enemies have reappeared.
Each Lord is keeper to a demon, for the crime of defying the Gods. Once immortal guards the warrior grew jealous when a box housing escaped demons from Hell was given into the keeping of their fellow warrior, Pandora. They attacked her and opened the box setting the demons free, each warrior is now Host to one of these demons and can no longer live without them. Each man has a butterfly tattoo on his body symbolising this union.
Reyes is the Keeper of Pain so he has a tendancy to self harm so it's a strong woman who can understand him and he sure does find her, Danika has been fleeing from the Lords after her kidnapping in book one and we learn she has an amazing gift that is crucial to the Lords' new agenda to find the disappeared Pandora's Box before the Hunters do and suck their demons from their bodies leaving them to die.
This is more a seriel of books that have individual romances, and you start to get to know some of the Greek Lords a bit better, the style continues light and fun to read, so if you enjoy a bit of supernatural romance i'd reccomend this one for it's new aspects. (ie no vampires etc)
