AS we are getting on a bit now, both my husband and I are finding that we need to be more careful about what we need and, apart from the occasional lapse mainly due to my love of biscuits, we do try to stick to a low fat diet. Also, with two young children and the astronomical costs of babysitters, we like to do a lot of entertaining at home and were really pleased when we discovered our Low Fat Gourmet cookery book. This really is a fantastic recipe book for cooking some nice meals whilst sticking to a diet.
