Well KM loves a bargain and she recently found a brand new copy of this book selling for one English pound. So she made a purchase, having read only one other Tami Hoag book (Still Waters) and finding it fairly enjoyable. So, what’s it all about? Serena Sheridan is a psychologist who lives in Charleston but is called back to her old hometown in Louisiana when her grandfather vanishes into the swamps. There, she meets Etienne ‘Lucky’ Doucet – a Cajun who owns a boat which is the only route to Grandaddy Gifford. Lucky and Serena take an instant dislike to each other but this is overridden by lust.
