I try to make my own lunches for work, partly for nutritional reasons but mainly because it is so much cheaper than buying them every day. However i find that sometimes I completely lack inspiration as to what to prepare and end up resorting to sandwiches and leftovers. I have looked at a lot of the lunchbox recipe books that are on the market but have found them all to be too focussed on providing something purely for children, that the ideas themselves are too childish and appear to be not particularly satisfying and not really appropriate for an adult meal which needs to sustain energy through a working afternoon.
