T Is for Trespass - Sue Grafton

Premium Review T is for Thrilling (812 words)

Rating:

T Is For Trespass is the latest in the Alphabet Series by Sue Grafton. The series started in 1982 with A is for Alibi, and she has written further ones almost every year till now. Sue Grafton also published "Keziah Dane" and "The Lolly Madonna War" in 1967 and 1969 respectively. In 1992 "Kinsey and Me" was published, it is a collection of short stories. Eventually she turned this into a basis for her series. The lead character is always Kinsey ...

Written mainly in the first person, the ...

Well, here we are at S , the nineteenth book in Sue Grafton s ABC series featuring Kinsey Millhone, the female Californian private investigator. A brief synopsis: Daisy Sullivan is only 7-years-old when her young, glamorous and flirtatious mother, Violet, disappears without trace from their small town in California. Thirty-four years later, having borne salacious rumours and whispering about her missing mother and the possible reason for her disappearance, the grown-up Daisy wants the solace of closure and hires Kinsey to find out, once and for all, why her mother appeared to have up and left her without a backward glance. Would I recommend S is for Silence? Yes, ...
