This autobiography of Sir Ranulph Fiennes should be read as part of the national curriculum it is a book that screams out that anything can be overcome through hard work and self belief. I have always been interested in this superhero of a man from his attempts to cross the north and south poles, to running a marathon on six separate continents in six days through to his recent scaling of Everest well into his sixties, he is an inspiration and an example to us all.
