I was a fan of Terry Brooks from the first ?Shannara? books which were published about 20 years ago. I brought this book along with the ?Black Unicorn? and ?Wizard at Large? about seven years ago and have only recently got around to reading them. It must be a testament to the story and writing skill that I have brought the final two books in the series which are ?Witches Brew? and ?The Tangle Box?. The basic premise is that Ben Holiday; a successful Lawyer has lost his ?zest? for life and his looking for a new challenge in life. He has no real ties to his current life except for his job and he decides to answer an advertisement for becoming the King ...
