Advantages: a book you can relly get into!

Disadvantages: I couldnt concentrate on anything else untill i read the whole book :-)

I was determined to see this film when it first came out in cinemas but i broke my leg the week it was released, so that idea was out of the window!! Having a lot of free time i decided to read the story as opposed to renting the film. I was very pleasently surprised i have my own 18 month old lab so i was very interested to see someone elses point of view.
This book is brilliant i got so hooked i read it in 2 days which is not at all like me i usually take about a year to finish a book and i never really get engrossed, it really does pull on the emotional strings i dont want to give any of the story away but you feeel like you are also included in the life of this young mischevious pup there are certain parts like the puppy doing the marley mambo when marley goes to his owner wagging his body uncontrollably yet concealing someting in his mouth, if you have your own dog you will know exactly what john grogan is writing about!!

Summary: Brilliant, a must read for all dog owners!
