A song of ice and fire This is a series of books written by George R.R.Martin set in the Seven Kingdoms. So far three books have been released in the series the first book ‘a game of thrones’ was one of the best books that I have ever read as it depicts the break up of the seven kingdoms and the onset of civil war.
