Master Salt the Sailors' Son is a lovely little book which is part of the Happy Families collection. The cover of the book is light blue and has a picture of Master Salt sitting on a post looking through a telescope and the title is above this in green lettering and above the title is the Happy Families logo in blue rectangles. The back cover of the book is also blue and has small pictures showing other titles available in the collection. The story starts by telling us about the Salt family.
