"Memoirs" is the auto-biography of the former Conservative politician, Douglas Hurd. The book was published in 2003 by Little, Brown of London and the ISBN is 0316861472. The paperback version was published the year after and retails at 12.99 pounds but is available currently from Amazon for 9.09 pounds. Douglas Hurd was a Member of Parliament from 1974 to 1997, Secretary of State for Northern Ireland from 1984 to 1985, Home Secretary from 1985 to 1989 and the Foreign Secretary from 1989 until his resignation in 1995.
