Mental Health: The New Law is a book that that has been produced by the eminent Professor Phil Fennell, one of the world's most respected lawyers in the area of mental health law. The main focus of the book is to introduce to people, mainly students, the old law of mental health as it was under the Mental Health Act 1983 and how it has been changed by the new Mental Health Act 2007.
