Nice and thick Foreign words

Holds your attention Maybe a little hard to believe at first.

Black humour featuring a private detective in a parallel Aberystwyth Probably best to have read the first two books in the series first

Quick pace, frenetic, ridiculous plotlines. Shallow characters, riddled with plot holes.

excellent plot not a standalone

Full of twists along with an unexpected plot. Brilliant change of scenery to a distant country. Perhaps a lack of humour as a serious atmosphere is maintained throughout the book
