If you like a good cry, then this is the book for you. It begins in Cape Cod, New England where Theresa, a disillusioned divorcee is having a well earned break from her job as a newspaper columnist while her 12 year old son spends time with his father. During her stay, she finds a bottle containing a love letter washed up on the beach. Intrigued by the obvious pain being suffered by the writer, Garret, she vows to discover more about the man who has written the letter and why.
