Microwave Desi Khana is another cookery book by India's number one cookery author Tarla Dalal. I think it's great that her research team have tried and tested these recipes to perfection and have provided such good instructions on how to cook these wonderful items of food. I am starting to think that I can't possible go wrong with her recipes and am really enjoying cooking more and more. Microwave Desi Khana means Microwave Indian food.
