To migraine sufferers (1 in 10 of us!) this book should be at the centre of your library of research. As a severe sufferer myself this book proved to be the most helpful and informative source in the fight against the migraine. The myriad causes of migraine are covered in a clear concise manner. Helpful hints on how to avoid, or lessen the severity of an attack are provided- from the obvious avoidance of particular foods to checking that teeth are not the cause.
