There are only two questions that anyone who is interested in antiques will ask and that is, What is it?? And What is it worth?? This book which is updated every year will fill you in about everything you will ever need to know. It’s full of photographs of wildly big and expensive pieces of furniture and then you have small individual pieces of crockery. I really like Clarice Cliff pottery but hadn’t a clue where to start, I virtually could have been sold almost anything at the beginning but now I have a better idea what to look out for (how to date and value a piece) and how much I should be paying.
