It was 5 years ago when i first started to read Danielle Steel books. It was while i was working in a office. It was during the summer months so we wasn't that busy. One of my colleages was reading "Daddy" and she said she couldn't put the book down.So then someone else decided they wanted to read it. Any in the end i decided to borrow the book, now me and books don't usually mix, it takes me ages to get into one and usually end up not finishing it. But i found that with Danielle steel it was quite the different. I found it so easy to read, it was moving and it made me cry( which is a first for me), i laughed, but the most amazing thing was i ...

Well, I have just got back from holiday and have almost finished my latest Danielle Steel book, Mirror Image. As usual, I have not been disappointed with the story line.I keep telling myself that I should not keep reading this sort of novel and go for something a little more 'intellectual' but when I comes to it I just cannot resist. With 2 young children it is difficult to follow anything really deep as I keep having to put it down (I did start Wilber Smith - the River God - but gave up after the first 10 pages) But her stories are so easy to follow and gripping you can read them anytime and anywhere. I have great difficulty putting it down (infact now I am ...

The title made me stop and look at this book. I do read Danielle Steele books occasionally, but this one didn`t sound like her usual love, romance novels. I bought the book and took ot home. Two hours later I was still sat with my nose in it, I just couldn`t put it down. The story tells about the life of Paxton Andrews, she grew up with a domineering mother, her life was dull and her mother ruled it. She set her hopes on becoming a journalist and therefore went to get the qualifications needed. Love and romaance was definately included, she fell in love, but things didn`t quite work out, I wont spoil it by telling all the details. It is the time of the vietnam war ...
