***Background*** Judith Kerr hasn't always had an easy life. In fact when she was only nine years of age she had to flee Berlin with her family from the Nazis. Her personal experiences are obviously why some of her more serious works are on the happenings of that time in history and she is well known for her book entitled, When Hitler Stole Pink Rabbit.
