A picture book with heart.... Actually, lots of them. The first thing that struck me about this book was the lovely front cover dappled with colourful cut-out hearts. When you open the book that colours that show through the cut out front are revealed to be butterfly wings and it was this gorgeous beginning that made me pick the book out of the hundreds I see every day and start to flick through it. The drawings throughout are colourful and attractive. It made me feel like summer!
