Disadvantages: Pretty predictable...but isnt every chick flick

This is my favourite book. A GREAT summer read! Louise Bagshaw tells the story of Anna Brown, a normal, plain jane who live life in a small London flat with two models and works in an industry reading scripts. The plot tells of Anna having a make over and meeting someone unexpected through common ground of film.

This book is a very good read to kick back and indulge in someone elses life. With the prospect of a normal unattractive person ahving a bit of work done and voila, beautiful girl with a man in toe. But the storyline isnt so simple and much more exciting.

The characters all fit around this 'ugly duckling' storyline and you get to understadn that life and love is all skin deep. Its not what you have on the outside but on the inside that counts. Dont be fooled by a face, as it might bite you in the ass once day.

Summary: Ugly duckling into a swan in a book
