-Plot- Anne Smythe is a single woman pretending to be a widow who runs a spa that is reputed to have special healing qualities. She is the illegitimate daughter of an arisocrat. Stephen is the younger son of an aristocrat and has been injured in the war. His sister takes him to Anne's spa and persuades her to help heal him. Romance of course blossoms.
