Mr Noisy is a red circular character with large orange boots and a wide mouth. In his story, he goes about the town booming loud, asking for all of his shopping, but nobody can understand him when he's being so loud. So he tried to be quiet the next day and you know what? He got everything he was after, and even tiptoed home too! This ...
