Mr Noisy is number 16 in the Mr Men collection. He is a round pick shape and wears light brown shoes. The cover of the book is white and has a picture of Mr Noisy and the title at the top in black lettering. The back cover of the book has small pictures of the other Mr Men in the collection. THE STORY The book starts by telling us about Mr Noisy and says that he is a very noisy person indeed. When he reads a book he shouts at the top of his voice. When he shouts you can hear him a hundred miles away. The book goes on to say that when he sneezes you can here him in the next country. The story starts by Mr Noisy being in bed in ... Mr Noisy is a treat from the Mr Men series that I am sure most people will be able to relate someone to. It is the 16th book and features a loud mouthed and annoying man (Mr Noisy). The Mr Men books were created in 1971 by Roger Hargreaves. They were a favourite of mine when I was a kid, and my son loves them now. Mr Noisy is round and red, with a wide mouth and big, clomping boots. He moves noisily, clomps around noisily, he even snores loudly. Everything he does is so loud that it annoys his neighbours and everyone else so much that one day they all just pretend to not hear him. This worries him, but will it be enough for him to realise that being loud and ... Read the complete review

When I was younger, I always used to take Mr Men and Little Miss books into school for the teacher to read to the class at the end of the day. I'd passed them on to my silbings however, and recently stumbled across them when I was holidaying. I decided to give some a read, and opened up book number 16, 'Mr Noisy'. Mr Noisy is a red circular character with large orange boots and a wide mouth. In his story, he goes about the town booming loud, asking for all of his shopping, but nobody can understand him when he's being so loud. So he tried to be quiet the next day and you know what? He got everything he was after, and even tiptoed home too! This ... Read the complete review

The Mr Men books is a series of 46 books written by Roger Hargreaves and then later his son Adam Hargreaves. They are simple children's stories that tell the story of a different some-what stereotypical character in each one. In this way the short stories do have a somewhat moral stance to them but are in the same way told in a fun and entertaining way to keep children amused. Mr Noisy is number 16 in the Mr Men series and the front of the book looks pretty much like all the others in the series, white with a picture of the character in the centre and his name printed in block, black capitals above. Mr Noisy himself is a rather large character. He is round in ... Read the complete review
