Mr Noisy is number 16 in the Mr Men collection. He is a round pick shape and wears light brown shoes. The cover of the book is white and has a picture of Mr Noisy and the title at the top in black lettering. The back cover of the book has small pictures of the other Mr Men in the collection. Mr Noisy is a red circular character with large orange boots and a wide mouth. In his story, he goes about the town booming loud, asking for all of his shopping, but nobody can understand him when he's being so loud. So he tried to be quiet the next day and you know what? He got everything he was after, and even tiptoed home too! This ...
