Mr Perfect is the 42nd of the popular Mr Men children's books created by Roger Hargreaves. The books were a favourite of mine when I was a child, and now my son loves them as well. The author started writing them in 1971 after his son asked him what a tickle looked like and he drew it, resulting in the first book in the series, Mr Tickle. His son, Adam, continued writing and illustrating the stories after Roger's death in 1988, and this is the third of those. Mr Perfect is perfect. He is very smart, with perfectly combed hair. If you have children up to about 8 years of age you definitely must take a look at these books, they are great fun for kids and are very simple to read so if you cannot read to them for whatever reason they could easily learn to read these books by themselves. Mr Perfect has a flawless appearance; he is a round shaped Mr Men with a bright blue colour. He has a red nose and has his hair brushed perfectly, not a single hair out of place. Mr Perfect obviously is absolutely perfect, you won't find anything wrong with him, he looks perfect, he has perfect manners, he is perfectly tidy... I could go on but I need to tell more about the story lol! So ...

Mr Perfect is number more 42 in the collection. He is circular shaped and is blue in colour. He has a small round red nose and has lines of hair in black in a centre parting on his head. The cover of the book is white and has a picture of Mr Perfect at the bottom and above this is the title of the book in black lettering. The back cover of the book has small pictures showing the other characters available in the collection. THE STORY The book begins by telling us that it is a perfect summers day and that Mr Perfect looked more perfect than every without a single hair out of place.
