As a young child the Mr Men and Little Miss series of books were always a firm favourite of mine. They were so popular in my house that I had the teddies, the bedding, the curtains, posters, and mugs. I could go on but I'll stop. The point I am trying to make is that once you start reading these books your love for them just doesn't end and I think that it is this that has made the series so popular. Mr Rush is number 30 in the Mr Men series, which contains 46 books written by Roger Hargreaves and later his son Adam. Mr Rush is himself triangular in shape and has small arms and small legs. Mr Rush is the 30th of the popular Mr Men children's books written and illustrated by Roger Hargreaves. The books were a favourite of mine when I was a child, and now my son loves them as well. Mr Rush is number 30 in the Mr Men collection. He is a purple triangular shaped man and he wears a little yellow hat. The cover of the book is white and it has a picture of Mr Rush at the bottom and above this is the title in black lettering. The back cover is also white and has smaller pictures showing the other characters available in the collection. THE STORY The story starts by telling us that Mr Rush is the fastest thing on two legs. He is always in a rush and most of the time he is in that much of a rush he never finishes things properly. One morning Mr Rush woke up with a jump, he only managed to have 3 hours sleep as he was ... Read the complete review
