Mr Strong is the 26th of the popular Mr Men children's books written and illustrated by Roger Hargreaves. The books were a favourite of mine when I was a child, and now my son loves them as well. The author started writing them in 1971 after his son asked him what a tickle looked like and he drew it, resulting in the first book in the series, Mr Tickle.
