Mr William Shakespeares plays by Marcia Williams I have worked for many years teaching English to pupils of varying ages, and on of the most challenging things is teaching Shakespeare to Year 6 children, some of whom are only 10 years old. Bearing in mind they are sometimes not confident readers, it’s always handy to have a picture book to help them understand the plot using picture clues, along with child friendly text, because let’s face it, even adults(including myself) are often bamboozled by the Old English language. I have found this book to be quite invaluable, and with Year 6 children, usually have a class set, so they can at least have ...
