As in previous reviews I reccomend starting with volume one of the story. In this volume we see the characters come face to face with what it really means to be a ninja. When Naruto watches his team mate sasuke die trying to save him from Hakus bloodline limit technique we see for the first time the epic power contained within him, the chakra of the nine tailed demon fox. When the seal holding the nine tails within him becomes weakend by the emotional distress of seeing Sasuke killed, chakra begins to escape and naruto takes his one tail form.
