ALLERGY TIME IS HERE AGAIN!! I recently bought this Self Help book. Having a houseful of allergy sufferers...eczema, asthma, hayfever....I thought it was worth finding out what other remedies there are. It is a nice book, with colour illustrations, hard back, & educational, explaining what are allergies, what causes them & why. Theres a section on conventional medical treatments. Followed by a chapter for each alternative treatment. There are many Natural/alternative remedies, Herbal, Homeopathy, Bach Flower, Acupuncture, Reflexology, Hypnotherapy, Visulisation, are just some of what this book covers.
