Advantages: Beautifully written with a superb understanding of the english language and teenage problems

Disadvantages: again the book ended and I was left craving more

New Moon being the second book in the Twilight series starts off with the approach of Bella Swan's birthday and when a paper cut sends Jasper crazy with blood lust, Edward decides that it would be best for Bella if she never saw him ever again.

Thus the Cullens leave Forks and Bella is sent into a spiralling world of depression which, once she befriends Jacob Black once more and starts to spend more and more time with him, the wound of losing Edward is slowly covered over but never filled, Jacobs feelings for Bella grow and grow.

Eventually Bella gets so desperate to hear Edwards voice, she realises that by doing dangerous and foolish things, she halloucinates and hears his voice telling her to stop and she finds that the more she disobeys the voice the more she hears it. She needs to however keep 'upping' the danger that she puts herself in and as a result even Jacob starts to worry, at the same time Jacob has undergone some rather physical changes that you will no doubt figure out as you read the book so I wont reveal anything on that front.

The highly anticipated sequel the Stephanie Meyers' Twilight does not fail to impress and is simply breathetaking..

Summary: I have never before been so engrosed in a book series beats harry potter and beats Lord of the Rings
