This is the first Danielle Steel book I ever read and that was the one which made me fall in love with her writing. No Deeper Love is a story of emotional turmoil and challenges that are raised due to the shackles of human relationship. This is yet another Danielle Steel novel which made me cry, both at sad and happy moments. True to her penning style, Danielle Steel dives deep into human emotions and her sense of personality detail and character development is simply amazing! The plot is about Edwina and her family. The interesting aspect of this book is that is based on the true events of the Titanic: Edwina and her family were on the Titanic the night ... Read the complete review

WOW! What a great story. It is a tale of the Winfield family who go onboard the Titanic and obviously the ship sinks. The tale is told in such a way that it makes you feel that you are apart of the story and you really get inside the minds of the characters. It starts telling you about each character and what they are like and why they are on the voyage. Edwina is the main character in this book but the others are by no means lessened because of it as they all play a integral part in the telling of the book. Main hints. Edwina and her family go to England to visit her aunt and uncle, to invite them to Edwinas wedding later ... Read the complete review

As there is a picture of a ship going down on the front cover and the first chapter is headed with the date - 10 April 1912- it doesn't take the brain of Britain to work out the central core of this story. I found this an issue, as because I felt I remembered so many actual historical facts about this story, I found myself cross referencing fiction with known fact. This was not conducive to a good read as I wasn't as totally immersed in the story, as I like to be. Now of course many stories are set around historical events, but rarely do we know the minutiae of the true event. Nevertheless I wanted to continue to read the story and it was a good ... This, in my opinion, is one of Danielle Steels best pieces of work. It is abeautifully written story about the Winfield family, who were passengers on the Titanic on that fateful night. Not only do you get a wonderful insight into the family, you are pulled right into the story, as though you are right there with them. Its a heartwrenching story, filled with sadness, courage and triumph. You cant help but be sucked right into this book. You follow the family after the Titanic sinks, and the story goes on to show the family survived after such tragedy has struck their lives. This was Danielle Steels 28th novel, and of course was a bestseller. It was ... Read the complete review
