 ... duplicate an animal sound. I have to say at this point they do replicate very realistic animal sounds. The only negative on the sounds in the book is that there is a tractor sound which is the only non animal noise, and the tractor noise goes on for much longer than necessary and much longer than any of the animal sounds. This makes the book slightly difficult to read to the maximum potential which I'll get to later. Being a book of course there has to be a story attached as well. My daughter absolutely loves anything to do with books, and we were lucky enough to receive this as a birthday present not so long ago. Being two years old, the brain is learning something new every day, and whilst she already has a good grasp of many animals and their appropriate noises, this book was a delight to receive as the book also acts as a noisy toy coupled with the learning side of it. The book is board backed so straight away perfect for little fingers that are leaning and eager to turn pages. These won't be ripped easily.
