This is one of the most wonderful yet sad books I have ever read. At times some of the things you read made you feel sick with digust that people use the name of god to do such horrific things. All i can say is thank god they had the courage and strength to get out when they did. It makes you grateful that you never had to encounter should extreme abuse. These people running the cult do not deserve to be on god's earth they are pure evil! I am amazed that these sisters were able to write down some of the things that happened to them they are truely remarkable young women who deserve a medal for what they endured. Not without my sister is the harrowing stories of three sisters, Christina, Julianna and Celeste, having grown up in the now famous religious cult, Children of God. It is written by the three and the chapters are split between the and it tells the tale of how their father and mothers(different mothers) all lived within the cult.
