Mice and Men (Of Mice and Men - John Steinbeck)

Advantages: very enjoyable read Disadvantages: none
"Of Mice and Men" is a great book. I would never touched it had it not been for a high recommendation from a close friend. Not only is it short and brief (only 100 or so pages), but it is very insightful and thought-provoking. It is hard to place it in a genre, since it is very sad, but also sometimes funny. So lets just say its a good work that worth a read. It does not have the kind of storyline I would actually pick to read, but after reading it I learned how much I really enjoyed it. The ideal book if you are looking for something to read quickly (perhaps a long journey). Summary: |
