was tidying some bookshelves & found myself re-reading them - pure joy! - & one of them was A Piece of Cake by one of our favourite authors. Jill Murphy. I think we ve read all of her children s books & would thoroughly recommend them not only because the stories are good but also the illustrations are brilliant. Looking at the price of £3.99 when bought many years ago, I m not sure whether it ll cost more or less today but I d pay more than that for the quality if I had to ever replace it.
