I am chief cook in our house (thank goodness as hubby has a somewhat limited menu) so I like to find recipes that are simple and tasty. I don't however, like to spend hours upon hours in the kitchen pouring over a recipe that seems to involve so many steps along the way. This therefore, is what attracted me to this book 'Greatest Ever One Pot and Casseroles', which I picked up in the book club in school for £5.99 (though it can be purchased in WH Smith for the same price, or a little more through amazon private sellers).
