The best Law Dictionary around! I was keen to find a dictionary that explained in detail the different Law terminology that is often used within the industry, and luckily I found just what I was looking for. Many times I have reached for this book, hoping that the word I am looking for will be explained exceptionally well, and of course that's always been the case. It not only details those common Law words or phrases that are often never really understood well, and have an air of vagueness about them, but words that are related to the industry, such as business terms, and health and safety phrases that are seen within various ... Overview From 'Abandonment' to 'Zero Rated Supply' this book aims to define many of the sometimes unnecessarily complex legal terms. It is important to note that some words such as 'insane' have a very different and highly specific meaning in law than they do by the common understandings, therefore simply referring to an ordinary dictionary for these words can result in erroneous preconceptions. It is a good idea to look up words in the legal context even if you believe that you understand the meaning of a word already by its everyday sense.
